This is a big festival to commemorate the leaders of Tay Son movement, especially plain-clothes hero Quang Trung - Nguyen Hue and celebrate the victory of Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da which chasing 290 thousands Qing soldiers out of the territory (in 1789).
